These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to web design, brand identity, and content creation services.
Oxley Creative provides professional creative services including:

As a client, you agree to:
Ownership Transfer: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Assets: Some projects may incorporate third-party elements (fonts, stock photos, icons) subject to their own licensing terms. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses.
Work in Progress: Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Oxley Creative.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Significant changes to project scope, direction, or deliverables may require a revised proposal and additional fees. We will notify you of any scope changes before proceeding with additional work.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
Client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may result in extended timelines. Projects inactive for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned, with completed work billed accordingly.
Client Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate a project if payment terms are not met or if client behavior is abusive or unprofessional. In such cases, work completed will be billed.
Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically only apply to payments for work not yet completed.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to website traffic, search engine rankings, or business outcomes.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose confidential client information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill our obligations under these terms.
If your project requires additional confidentiality protection, we are happy to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oxley Creative operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
